floor of an old shop downtown. How
exciting this adventure was. We took care of every facet of the construction and from a worn much abused floor, arose sparkling apartments with crisp walls, new appliances and character at every angle. The floors of abuse were sanded, polished, coated and buffed to reveal the glory they once had 40 years ago. We worked with fantastic specialists in HVAC, plumbing, framing and electrical. Co-operation and camaraderies were formed. It was a magical experience.
